Let’s face it. Holiday cookies and oversized sweaters are a thing of the past, and warmer weather is just around the corner. That means it’s time to get up off the couch and start preparing for swimsuit season.
A healthy, balanced diet and a strict workout regimen are the two key components to getting back in shape. This week I want to focus on working out; particularly, I’d like to focus on cardio. I know. Running on a treadmill used to be one of my worst nightmares too. However, I’ve come to realize that a playlist can either make or break a cardio workout.
