Thursday nights during your Milwaukee summer may involve you and a few friends heading down to Cathedral Square Park to catch some live music. Luckily, this is all right around the corner as the lineup for Jazz in the Park has been announced.
While the title may have “jazz” in it, it doesn’t mean that’s all you’ll hear in the park. The outdoor concert series is known for bringing in different genres of music to the downtown area.
Starting May 31, Jazz in the Park will kick off with the band Jazz Orgy. The music starts at 6 p.m. every week, but for the early birds, there is a happy hour from 5 to 6 each week as well.
