Sunday night starts off dry before the occasional thunderstorm and scattered shower moves into the area after 3 a.m. Temperatures fall into the lower 60s, coupled with winds off the lake at 6 mph with 16 mph gusts.
Extended: Rain continues on Monday, starting the night before and continuing throughout the day. Temperatures peak early in the day around the upper 60s before falling off into the mid 60s during the night. Tuesday remains overcast during the day, with a few breaks in the clouds during the evening. Temperatures rise into the upper 70s, coupled with winds out of the south at 8 mph. Thunderstorms move through the area late on Tuesday night, with a chance for severe weather after 9 p.m. Wednesday temperatures max out in the lower 90s, with a heat index close to 100 degrees. Skies will be sunny, with winds off the lake at 6 mph.
