Before going to the gym you probably grab something small to eat, right? Whether it’s a granola bar or a piece of fruit, you never go to the gym on an empty stomach. However, I know many people (myself included) that are guilty of skipping out on eating after working out, so this workout Wednesday we’re talking about post workout snacks.
