
Today: Thursday starts off with a slight chance for showers mixed with thunderstorms in the morning, before turning to partly cloudy skies with the occasional shower in the afternoon. Temperatures will be low 70s for the majority of the day with dew points in the mid 60s, especially right along the lake. Winds are expected to be fairly breezy out of the north at 10 mph with gusts reaching 20 mph at their strongest.
Tonight: Thursday night starts off clear before turning to cloudy around 4 a.m., with temperatures cooling off into the low 50s overnight. Winds shift to off the lake, and slow down a little bit to 5 mph with gusts of just over 15 mph.

Tomorrow: High pressure starts to build in the area, causing light winds off the lake at 5 mph and gusts of 10 mph throughout Friday. Skies will remain clear all day and temperatures are supposed to hover in the high 60s inland with dew points in the mid 50s. Temperatures drop considerably overnight to the low 50s, but skies continue to remain clear during the night and into Saturday.
Saturday, August 30th – Monday, September 1st: Light winds continue to inhabit the area on Saturday, as the high pressure over Michigan stubbornly remains. Temperatures will warm up again into the low 70s with clear skies expected. Clear skies continue on Sunday, leading to even warmer temperatures in the low to mid 70s and light winds out of the northeast. Monday is expected to be a beautiful day, with clear skies and a high in the mid 70s perfect for firing up the grill one last time before fall hits.
