Overview: Rain is the predominant feature for the remainder of the week, with rain expected on every day except Friday. Juneteenth and the weekend are expected to sunny and warm.

Today: A low pressure system moves through the area on Tuesday, bringing scattered showers first beginning at 7 a.m. and continuing throughout the day. Temperatures hit the mid 60s, coupled with strong winds out of the southwest at 15 mph with 32 mph gusts.

Tonight: After a brief reprieve from rain, cloudy skies return to the area along with temperatures in the lower 50s. After a strong start to the night, winds slow down to 8 mph with 15 mph gusts. 

Tomorrow: More rain flows into the area on Wednesday, first beginning at 8 a.m. and continuing throughout the day. Temperatures stay mild, rising into the upper 50s with winds out of the south at 12 mph with 20 mph gusts. Rain continues on Wednesday night, finally ending around 3 a.m. Temperatures rise into the lower 60s, with strong winds out of the west at 15 mph with 25 mph gusts. 

Extended: Clouds move out of the area on Thursday, leading to mostly sunny skies and a high in the upper 60s. Winds stay consistent, blowing out of the northwest at 12 mph. Nice weather is in store for Juneteenth, caused by a high pressure system that moves into the area. Clear skies and temperatures in the upper 60s are expected, along with winds out of the northwest at 12 mph. Skies remain clear on Saturday, along with temperatures in the lower 70s.
