Overview: Saturday is the day for outdoor plans, because Sunday slight rain chances return by the mid-morning and into the early afternoon. Monday will feel like summer with temperatures around 70 degrees and a more substantial rain chance returning. By Tuesday and Wednesday, clam and quieter condition return to the area.

Today: Saturday will be a picture-perfect late spring day across the Milwaukee area as a weak high-pressure system hovers overhead. Morning sunshine will allow temperatures to rise through the 40s with west winds around 8 mph. By the afternoon, a few low-level clouds will fill in as temperatures reach the lower 50s with winds turning to the southeast. Heading into the evening, clouds will increase because of an incoming low-pressure system from the west.    

Overnight: A low-pressure system trailing a cold front will move into western Wisconsin. Overcast conditions will fill in as temperatures dip down into the low-40s with southeast winds around 8 mph.

Tomorrow: Sunday will be a overcast day with slight rain chances. Morning temperatures will rise through the 40s and 50s with breezy southwest winds around 12 mph sustained but, higher gusts will be possible. Furthermore, the cold front will move in and bring a 20% chance of showers to Milwaukee through the mid-morning with rainfall amounts less than a tenth of an inch. By the afternoon, all rain chances will come to an end, leaving overcast skies overhead as temperatures reach the 60-degree mark with breezy southwest winds. By the evening and into the overnight hours, the cold front finally makes its way through the area. Because of this, winds will ease to around 8 mph as temperatures slide down into the mid-40s for an overnight low with skies slightly clearing.   

Monday: Monday will bring summer-like temperatures and rain chances, but calmer conditions arrive by Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday will feature overcast skies as high temperatures reach the 70-degree mark with blustery southwest winds around 12 mph. By the late afternoon a low-pressure system trailing a cold front will swing through the Milwaukee area and bring a 40% chance of showers. A few embedded thunderstorms could be strong and rain accumulation will be around a quarter of an inch. Into the overnight hours, temperatures will decrease into the mid-40s with winds turning to the northwest and decreasing to around 8 mph.

Extended: Tuesday and Wednesday will be one and the same with high temperatures hovering in the mid- to low-50s for highs, weak cold fronts passing during the morning hours, and overcast skies during the day but, skies will clear during the nights. Winds will differ between Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday will feature the northeast around 8 mph while Wednesday winds will be from the northeast around 5 mph. Finally, Wednesday afternoon a weak high-pressure system will set up across the upper Midwest giving the Milwaukee area calm conditions for the mid-week.
