As the upcoming flu season quickly approaches, UW-Milwaukee is offering four flu shot clinics where students and faculty can receive their vaccinations, beginning Oct. 5.

Students and faculty are urged to receive vaccinations in order to contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of campus. Peak months for the flu lie between November and February as temperatures and humidity decline, making the spread of germs inevitable.

Flu shots are discounted for students, at only $10. Faculty members can receive their vaccinations for $20 and community members for $25. Cash, credit, checks and PantherCards are accepted as payments to allow students to receive their vaccinations with ease.

Flu shot clinic dates and times are as followed:
-Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Union Fireside Lounge.
-Tuesday Oct. 11 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Sandburg Hall
-Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3. p.m in the Union Fireside Lounge
