After claiming its second straight Horizon League regular season championship and 16th in the past 17 seasons, the Milwaukee women’s soccer team will once again serve as the host to the Horizon League tournament November 3-5 at Engelmann Stadium.
The Panthers clinched the No. 1 seed in the tournament this past weekend with a dominating 6-1 victory over Cleveland State.
Detroit Mercy latched the No. 2 seed on Friday with a 2-1 overtime road win at UIC. Along with the Panthers, they will receive a bye into the semifinals and will play on Thursday at 4 p.m.

The action will begin with First Round quarterfinals today with Northern Kentucky and Oakland playing opening games.
The Norse sit as the No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 Wright State at 7 p.m. ET tonight. After a head-to-head tiebreaker, the Golden Grizzlies notched the No. 4 seed and will go up against Valparaiso (No. 5 seed) tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
