Overview: The start of June shows warmer weather for Milwaukee until Friday, with a chance for much needed morning and afternoon showers.  

Today: Wednesday morning for Milwaukee starts off overcast, with calm winds from the southwest and temperatures reaching to 69 degrees. A maximum wind gust up to 10 mph is possible. Moving into the afternoon, as clouds clear out Milwaukee sees temperatures warming up to a high of 80 degrees and with wind speeds also increasing to 12 mph; a maximum wind gust of 19 mph is possible. 

Tonight: Into the night, Milwaukee experiences partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 60s. Wind speeds slowly calm down to 10 mph with a possible gust up to 14 mph. A high-pressure system slowly leaves the Great Lakes.   

Tomorrow: Thursday morning for Milwaukee starts off warm, with temperatures reaching to 70 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Winds reach up to 9 mph with a possible 16-mph wind gust. Into the afternoon, temperatures rise to a high of 81 degrees with 13-mph winds from the southwest; a 21-mph wind gust is possible. A Canadian low is responsible for the warmer temperatures and the faster wind speeds. Into the evening hours, temperatures drop into the mid-60s along with wind speeds dropping to 5 mph.

Friday: Friday morning for Milwaukee starts off with scattered storms and temperatures reaching into the low 70s with wind speeds up to 12 mph. A maximum wind gust up to 21 mph is possible. Into the afternoon, temperatures increase to a high of 78 degrees and wind speeds at 16 mph, with wind gusts up to 28 mph. Into the evening hours, there is a chance for scattered storms, as temperatures decrease to 66 degrees with wind speeds at 11 mph.   

Weekend Outlook: The weekend for Milwaukee starts off with overcast skies. As Saturday progresses, temperatures reach a high of 78 with calm winds. A maximum wind gust of 25 mph is possible. Saturday evening sees clouds starting to clear out along with a low of 62 and winds remaining calm. Sunday morning starts off very similar to Saturday with overcast skies. As the day continues clouds start to clear out and temperatures reach a high of 68 degrees with calm winds. A stationary front is observed in central Wisconsin throughout most of Sunday.
