Today, June 17: Summer continues into your Tuesday as temperatures will find themselves in the mid-80s, and dew points will be in the mid-60s. Clouds will keep the sky partly cloudy, but there should be enough sun that the temperatures warm up nicely. Thunderstorm chances will go up slightly throughout the day as another system makes its way through. Some storms could be severe, as the Storm Prediction Center has placed Milwaukee in the “marginal” category. Damaging winds and hail are the main threats for this event, but a possible tornado or two cannot be ruled out. However, thunderstorms are looking less likely around here as the low gets closer. If anything does occur, it would be closer to the late afternoon hours.

Tonight: Widespread rain showers look to start to moving in as the low continues to move closer. Temperatures will stay mild, falling into the mid-to-upper 60s for most places, thanks to the rain.
Tomorrow, June 18: Wednesday looks to be wet and muggy. Rain showers will stick around through the morning, possibly giving way to some thunderstorms in the afternoon. Some of these storms could be strong-to-severe, so the Storm Prediction Center has placed Milwaukee in the “slight” risk zone for severe storms, with hail and a few tornadoes being the biggest threat. However, uncertainty still remains with the timing and exact location of any storms that may develop. Make sure to stay weather aware and check in here tomorrow for any updates! Temperatures will warm into the 70s during the day, and dew points will be in the low 60s. Overnight, temperatures will fall into the low 60s, and the rain will begin to taper off.
