Today: Following a chilly Wednesday night, we look to barely recover from those cooler temps with highs only getting into the 60s for the day. We continue our taste of fall weather with below average temps, which is expected to continue through the rest of the week. Sunshine looks to peak through during the morning hours before cloudy skies develop into the afternoon and slightly taper off through the rest of the day. A westerly breeze looks to keep the lake winds off shore, leaving dry conditions through the daytime hours.
Tonight: By the evening a low-pressure system looks to clip northern Wisconsin, bringing the chance of showers into the overnight hours. After sundown, a light rain shower looks to move in from this system, with less than 0.1 inch expected to accumulate. Temperatures should fall into the mid 50s overnight with winds flowing from the south as this system passes by.

Tomorrow: The previous system that brought showers will have cleared by tomorrow, bringing back breezier westerly winds with gusts up to 30 mph. The cooler trend will continue through tomorrow with highs in the mid 60s, yet a high-pressure system from the northwest begins nudging into the region allowing for mostly sunny skies. Friday will remain dry and clear into the overnight with low temperatures falling into the upper 40s due to little clouds holding any insulation.
Extended Forecast (Saturday-Monday): High-pressure from the northwest continues to be a driving factor behind our weather, continuing dry and below average temperatures through the weekend and early week. Saturday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures reaching 64 and lows falling to 50 degrees as partly cloudy skies continue. Sunny skies remain in the forecast for Sunday with temperatures reaching 65 degrees before falling to 52 as a low for the night. A southerly wind shift on Monday allows for the Milwaukee area to begin a slight warm up in temperatures. Temperatures warm near 70 degrees, continuing the sunny trend and lows in the mid 50s.
