Today: The sun doesn’t look to make much of an appearance today, due to a low-pressure system impacting the region through most of the week. The highest chance for sunshine will likely be in the morning before an upper air disturbance causes the chance for light showers in the early afternoon. If any showers develop, they’d be light and brief, before clearing for the rest of the day. Cloudy skies and northeast winds won’t allow temperatures to climb out of the 60s today, as a high of 67 is expected.
Tonight: Overcast skies stick around into the evening and overnight. Winds will calm, with low temperatures falling to the lower 60s.

Tomorrow: Lingering low pressure keeps the clouds and rain chances on tap for Wednesday. Northeast winds continue contributing to a lake breeze, where temperatures will struggle to make it out of the 60s again, with a high of 66 for the day. Rain chances return, but timing remains questionable. Models are in disagreement with the positioning and progression of an upper air disturbance that’s expected to combine with our existing, dominant low-pressure system. For now, rain chances look most likely in the afternoon, and those chances carry on into the evening. Rain chances simmer into the overnight, with winds shifting north and lows falling to 60 degrees.
Extended Forecast: Thursday looks to be our last day under the low pressure spell. A slight chance of showers can be expected as that system moves out, while our evening features a sight of the moon and stars. We begin a warming trend as high pressure starts nudging in, with temperatures reaching 70 before cooling to 58 for the low. We awaken to sunny skies on Friday, that last throughout the weekend. Westerly winds bring in the heat, with temperatures reaching the mid 70s for both Friday and Saturday. Low temperatures look to fall near 60.
