Today: The 5-Day Weather Forecast November 23, 2025 begins in a bit of a fog early morning at low-30s temperatures. We quickly warm past this as clouds dissipate, revealing a high of 51. Breezing along at an average 8 mph, winds demonstrate some restraint before later this week. A high-pressure system centered in Missouri influences the southern Great Lakes area with calm weather until mid-Monday.
Tonight: After a beautiful sunset, temperatures drop back into the 30s for a low of 33. Winds decrease, but clouds pick up later in the night, keeping Milwaukee away from freezing.
Tomorrow: With a cloudy sunrise, we awake to calm winds. Temperatures rise into the high 40s before noon, when the earliest raindrop might be felt. In the afternoon, clouds overhead produce mist and possibly fog things over. This might present some issues with the evening commute, so please exercise caution. After fog and mist, it turns into inconsistent drizzles during the night. Milwaukee falls to only 41 for a low due to the inbound southwestern air riding on a rather strange low-pressure system.

Tuesday & Wednesday: The rain exits Tuesday morning, breaking the clouds to reveal a shaft of sunlight. Around noon, the sunlight hides itself again as round two of the low-pressure system enters Wisconsin. Throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, current models track the more intense bits of this system north. For the I-94 corridor outside of Wisconsin to the west and along U.S. Highway 2, this will dump a sizable portion of snow. In Milwaukee however, rain returns along with only slight chances of a wintry mix. Due to the passage of the remaining low pressure, winds wildly increase while temperatures decrease. Averages are debated by models, but generally 30 mph gusts start in the afternoon Tuesday and increase to possible 45 mph gusts by Wednesday. Snowflakes randomly whiz by Wednesday on the cold northwestern wind. Cooling down even further, we barely reach the mid-30s before sinking into the 20s Wednesday night.
Thursday, Thanksgiving: Looking ahead to the day of Thanksgiving, Milwaukee holds on to a bit of the wind. With average winds around 14 mph, and mid-30s gusts, Milwaukee weather compares to New York weather, so for those watching the parade, expect parade balloons to fly low due to high winds. Milwaukee temperatures increase to a cold 30 for a high around midday. Over the course of the day, our clouds clear out, presenting a beautiful sunset before dinner time. Temperatures plummet into the low 20s during the night while winds die down to average 10 mph.
