
Today: Friday’s temperatures hit the mid 30s during the day, boosted by a low pressure system moving through Wisconsin. Snow and sleet are expected mostly before 6 a.m., impacting driving conditions for early morning commutes and dropping around 1.5 inches of snow in areas. Winds blow out of the north, with an average wind speed of 15 mph and gusts around 25 mph. After the precipitation in the morning, Friday remains mostly cloudy with only a few strips of blue sky appearing later in the day.
Tonight: Skies remain mostly cloudy during the night, with a slight break in the clouds forming around 8 p.m. and again around 4 a.m. Some flurries will fall overnight, but total snowfall should remain under an inch. Temperatures bottom out in the single digits while winds slow considerably inland, to a speed of 10 mph with 20 mph gusts. Winds along the lake remain fairly consistent with the rest of the day.

Tomorrow: Saturday cools down with temperatures in the mid 20s with sunny skies expected all day. Winds slow down even more inland, dropping to a slow 5 mph with 15 mph gusts. Snow is expected in the evening and continues throughout the night and into Sunday morning, dropping about 2 inches in areas. Overnight temperatures bottom out in the high teens, but quickly warm up into Sunday.
Sunday, February 8th – Tuesday, February 10th: After a snowy morning, Sunday warms into the low 30s with sunny skies expected during the day. Monday switches to cloudy but warms up even more, hitting a high in the upper 30s along boosted by warm winds from the south at 5 mph. There’s a slight chance for rain, but most of the precipitation will be to the north of Milwaukee. Tuesday stays similar to Monday, with a high in the upper 30s but with partly sunny skies, warming up the day even more.
