What else could there be for an artist to accomplish after the release of one of most popular series known to humankind? For Harry Potter fans, it is five new films.
Author J.K. Rowling confirmed via Twitter that “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will produce five films, the first movie is scheduled for release on November 18th. “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is a spin-off of the Harry Potter series, set years before Harry Potter entered Hogwartz and written under the pseudonym Newt Scamander instead of the usual “J.K.” initials.
The author is no stranger to pseudonyms or film adaptations, which makes the anticipation for Fantastic Beasts more exciting. The Harry Potter phenomenon was built on the artistic freedom of J.K. Rowling, which showcased an admirable collaboration between the film and book industries.
Fantastic Beasts was initially released in 2001 as a book amongst the chronological releases of the Harry Potter series. With not just one film, but five films for Fantastic Beasts will now encourage Harry Potter fans to keep up with the latest happenings in a magical way.
J.K. Rowling has recently been writing under the name “R.B. Gailbraith” for multiple mystery novels unrelated to Harry Potter. Fans of Harry Potter were never neglected during J.K. Rowling’s other adventures, as a 2-part stage play “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” was released earlier this year. A collection of J.K. Rowling works assures that fans are kept in the loop while awaiting another book-to-film spectacular from Rowling.
This year’s film is directed by David Yates and stars Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Colin Farrell, and other stars.
Do you have any video of that? I’d care to find out some additional information.
