Author Archives: Ethan Ainley

Ethan is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, majoring in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies (JAMS) & Film Studies with a minor in Film Production.

While pursuing his degree, Ethan is the Editor-in-Chief for the UWM Post, Program Director for Prowl Radio and a member of the Digital Arts & Culture student council.

Growing up in the rural Midwest, Ethan experienced much of the world through the stories fed to him by the media, and it's important to Ethan that he now play a role in telling those stories.

The media and stories have made Ethan the person he is today, and he wants to make sure to fight against censorship and ensure that stories get told ethically and truthfully.

Storytelling is a vast medium which Ethan finds himself interacting with through writing, filming, documenting, reporting and capturing.
