Today: The 5-Day Weather Forecast November 16, 2025 begins with blue skies smiling down on a chilly city. As the cooling power of a high-pressure system enters from the west, temperatures remain within the mid-40s for a high. Winds from the north carry this chill throughout the day, averaging 11 mph with intermittent gusts of 25 mph. Without clouds, the day feels more temperature fluctuation. After 2 p.m., Milwaukee loses its heat steadily, past sunset, into the night.
Tonight: Calmer winds signal an impending change of weather, but thankfully, this waits until tomorrow. While we sleep, streets freeze to hit a low of 27.
Tomorrow: Although a sparsely clouded sunrise greets Milwaukee, these clouds quickly weave together. During the day, winds at the surface nearly stagnate, while winds aloft continue their path. Temperatures only climb to 41 before entering back into the 30s for nightfall. Then, those high-altitude winds shove rain and a possibility of a wintry mix into the forecast after the sun sets. Probability of a wintry mix is worth noting because models currently paint many different stories. Any wintry mix would present itself early in the night. Per usual, take extra caution during adverse weather. Despite this probability, expect heavy rain for the most part from 6 p.m. until the next morning. Temperatures should melt any snow touching the ground thanks to a low of 33.

Tuesday: By the time lunch begins, heavy rain leaves behind possible drizzles in overcast skies for Milwaukee. Warmer air jetting up from the south makes an appearance Tuesday, as temperatures enter the mid-40s, again. Winds move this air into the metropolitan area from the direction of the lake, increasing average winds to 13 mph with gusts of 26 mph. Precipitation chances decrease throughout the day though, leaving us at a dry low of 39.
Extended: The next couple of days warms temperatures to a high of 46 Wednesday and 48 Thursday with a low of 40 nestled between. Wednesday sees the clouds lessen while southeastern winds calm to 6 mph with gusts near 20 mph. Beyond Wednesday night, the timing of weather models conflict with each other, and Thursday’s storms are a convoluted mess. Suffice for now, Thursday will receive some rain. Afterwards temperatures might drop to 35. Stay up to date to know when this storm hits!
