Today: The 5-Day Weather Forecast October 11, 2025 begins in the low 50s with broken clouds. As a low-pressure system slowly enters from the northwest, winds turn out of the southeast, blowing at an average of 10 mph, with gusts of 21 mph. Currently, Lake Michigan thermometers read around 64 degrees. Because of this, the winds off the lake during the day will cause some temperate mid 60s highs. In addition to this, semi-cloudy skies prevent us from reaching past these mid 60s, placing today’s high at 64. After hitting this, the afternoon and evening will not see much sun before sunset around 6:15 p.m., so temperatures will steadily drop into the 50s.

Tonight: From twilight until midnight, the incoming low pressure will parade some drizzles through the Milwaukee area. Do not expect substantial rain until after midnight. While the rain drops, our temperature drops to a low of 54 early Monday morning.

Tomorrow: Due to the passing of the low-pressure system, winds change to fetch northern air down to southern Wisconsin. This presents us with a cooler high of 61, and calmer winds of 7 mph. Precipitation chances linger throughout the day until the afternoon when the clouds finally yield to somewhat bluer skies. While the sun sets behind scattered clouds, temperatures ease to an acceptable 50 degree low.

Tuesday: The scattered clouds of the night gather once again Tuesday morning as winds increase to 11 mph with gusts of 19 mph. With winds from the northeast, temperatures cool a bit more to a high of 59 and to a low of 49. Rain possibilities show widespread sprinkles in the afternoon to evening. This rain system seems it would be the remnants of a tropical system from Mexico. If so, this might dissipate before making it to Milwaukee.

Extended: In contrast to most of the week, Wednesday gifts us with bluer skies, calmer winds, and slightly warmer temperatures. A high pressure is to thank for the beautiful fall day, but this system quickly disperses within the Ohio River Valley. Thursday notices this weakness, takes advantage of this, and sends another rainstorm up our way. Beforehand, southern winds slow to 7 mph, with gusts of 18 mph. Temperatures also rise two degrees from Wednesday, flirting with our average October temperatures in the low 60s. On Thursday night, the rain reluctantly returns to Milwaukee. Its intensity is unclear as of right now, so stay up to date with the forecasts to be prepared!
