Today: A cloudy day greets Milwaukee as a low pressure front begins to take hold above the area. Additionally, the morning temperatures will be significantly warmer than the previous week with a low of 24 degrees. The afternoon will look very similar, with temperatures creeping into the upper 20’s and cloudy skies.

Tonight: When the sun sets, temperatures will drop to 25 degrees. A clipper system will move over the area in tandem with the low pressure system, resulting in a short burst of snowfall near midnight. Winds will pick up following this system, although gusts will be no more than 17 miles an hour.

Tomorrow: A high pressure system will follow yesterday’s snow, providing mostly sunny skies and marginally chillier temperatures. The morning low will be in the lower teens, around 11 degrees. Winds will be fairly calm and a high of 18 degrees can be expected in the afternoon.

Extended: Wednesday will look very similar, with a morning low of 6 degrees. As a low pressure system begins to slide into the area, the temperature will warm to 21 degrees for the afternoon. Thursday will be partly cloudy with a high of 24 degrees and a low of 10 degrees. Friday will trend warmer and cloudy with a high of 28 degrees and a low of 13.
