Sunday: High pressure will dominate the region, bringing dry and mostly sunny conditions. Morning lows will dip into the upper 30s to near 40°F, with isolated frost possible in low-lying areas west, along the Kettle Moraine. By afternoon, southeast winds will return and temperatures will warm into the 70s inland, while cooler conditions (50s to 60s) persist near Lake Michigan due to onshore flow. Winds may briefly increase with a lake breeze, but will stay light overall.

Sunday Night: Calm and clear conditions will continue as high pressure moves east. Winds will become light and variable again overnight. Temperatures will remain mild, generally in the upper 40s to low 50s. No precipitation is expected, and skies will stay mostly clear.

Monday: A slow-moving upper low to the south will bring isolated to widely scattered showers or thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. While the risk for severe weather is very low, some localized downpours or gusty winds are possible. Highs will remain above normal, reaching the 70s inland and staying cooler near the lake. Winds will be from the southeast.

Tuesday-Thursday: Afternoon and early evening showers or storms remain possible each day, though coverage should be limited (15–35%). Temperatures will gradually warm, with highs peaking on Thursday, possibly in the 80s away from the lake. A stronger system and cold front will move in Thursday evening into the night, bringing the best chance (35–55%) for more widespread showers and thunderstorms. While strong to severe storms will be possible, there is still some uncertainty due to potential capping and mid-level dry air. Cooler air will follow behind the front into Friday and Saturday.
